Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use GluAI. If you are using GluAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What GluAI Provides

GluAI is a lifestyle app that helps users understand meals through photos, estimates, summaries, and related insights. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

GluAI is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed nutrition measurements.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

4. Your Content

You may submit content such as meal photos, notes, profile information, and feedback. You retain rights you have in your content, but you give GluAI permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GluAI. For example, you may not:

Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the app, infrastructure, or security of the service.
Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the service except as allowed by law.
Upload content that is infringing, offensive, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. App Store and Third-Party Services

If you download GluAI through the Apple App Store or another platform, your use may also be subject to that platform's terms. GluAI may also rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, or other operational functions.

7. Paid Features

If GluAI offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

8. Intellectual Property

GluAI and its related branding, software, design, content, and service features are owned by GluAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

9. Disclaimers

GluAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

Nutrition estimates, meal descriptions, and related insights are approximations for general lifestyle use only. They should not be relied on as medical, clinical, or emergency guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GluAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GluAI if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the GluAI operating entity is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
